FAQ

Q: Do you take commissions?
A: Yes! However openings are very limited and announced via Twitter randomly. 

Q: Why hasn't my desk mat shipped?
A: Please be aware the item description says they take about 2-3 weeks for production, quality checking, and shipping. Mats are put into production after an order is placed so they do not ship immediately. Please be aware of this before placing an order.

Q: There is an issue with my order. Where should I contact you?
A: All inquiries regarding orders MUST be sent through the "Contact" button located on the very top of this website.

Please do NOT message me regarding orders on my social media accounts as there is a chance the message could get buried and I won't see it right away. All messages sent to "Contact" will be sent directly to my email and make it easier for me to respond ASAP.

Q: I input the wrong shipping address, what can I do?
A: Please contact me ASAP before the order ships so I may have it changed for you. It is the buyers responsibility to provide me with the correct address to ship to.

If this is not corrected and the order is shipped out, it is the buyers responsbility to purchase a new shipment under the correct address. Replacement packages are only provided for buyers who have recieved damaged goods or have had their parcels lost during transit.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Yes. 
However, I do not cover return costs. The customer is fully responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds will be issued once the item is recieved. 

Q: My package was damaged during transit, what do I do?
A: Please send me photos of all the damage ASAP and I will send out a new package. ONLY items that have sustained damage during shipment will be replaced. 

I do require photos of the damage to be sent, and will not send replacements without them.

Q: My order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date and/or seems to be lost. What can I do?
A: Please allow USPS up to three weeks to deliver your order if residing in the US, and 6 weeks for international orders.

Unfortunately delays can occur during shipping which is out of my control, however if your package has NOT moved and seems to be lost I will send out a replacement package ONLY after the alloted time has passed.

It is the buyers responsbility to alert me of any issues with tracking and if a replacement package is required.
